I've heard a lot of grumbling about 2016, but I have to humbly say it was an amazing year for me. I won the Knot's "Best of Weddings" for a 6th time and CBS Denver news named me one of the top 5 photographers in Denver! In between weddings, engagement shoots and working at Charles Schwab, I managed to fit in coaching my sons little league baseball team as well as his mite hockey team. We traveled from coast to coast, visiting San Diego, Washington DC, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. I even got to sneak away during wedding season for a quick visit to Chicago to see my favorite band Pearl Jam play at Wrigley Field! I set a record for sales in 2016 and I already have 26 weddings booked for 2017, including shooting a beach wedding in Orange County, CA and another at the famous Anthony glass Chapel in Arkansas! I feel blessed to work with such amazing couples that travel from all over the country to get married in Colorado. Wedding season 2016 took me all the way to midnight New Years Eve in Vail, where I shot a beautiful Colorado winter wedding in the snow...with the flu. :) Here's a look back with at least one photo from every engagement shoot and wedding I shot in 2016.
